To Prosecute or Not to Prosecute

How Does This Happen in a Fair and Just Court System?

Thousands Found Dead in Epic Mass Murder -
DA Request for "Limited Investigation" Stuns All
Prosecutor Asking for Restricted Investigation, Found to Have Direct Business Ties to Suspect

NewsFocus, Op-Ed by Tim Watts - 030716

The headline in this story pretty much says it all. It's horrendous in its magnitude and sickening in its scope, yet every single bit of it is, disturbingly enough, 100% true fact.

This is the horrific story of over 2,000 innocent victims, viciously murdered, and left for dead, all deeply buried in a mass grave - some of them while they were still alive.

The enormity of the crime itself is literally staggering for many to comprehend, yet the outrageous court plea by prosecutors for a restricted investigation, including a time limit, has left some literally speechless and scratching their heads over the insane absurdity of such an unprecedented and outrageous request.

Prosecutors have requested a finite limit of one year and six months for the criminal investigation in this case, just 18 months to uncover the details of the grisly murder of thousands of men, woman and children.

This is indeed a first, quite obviously because there has never been such a restriction in a murder case, let alone a mass murder of thousands. It has literally never happened, and that's why this is so very odd for such a high-profile case of blatant, brutal mass murder.

To be clear, there is no statute of limitations, nor a restrictive time limit, for murder of any kind, so the request is curious to say the least, if not outright suspicious.

As if all of that wasn't enough, legal documents now reveal that the lead prosecutor within the District Attorney's office has had preexisting, longtime direct business ties with the murder suspect, the defendant in this case.

Well, that would seem to seal the deal right there, wouldn't it?

If you're not the least bit morally outraged, you very likely have no heart, and more than likely, no soul as well.

This seemingly preposterous, yet absolutely true revelation, is quite disturbing, to say the very least, but if I told you that it was going to be overlooked by government officials, you would say, no way.

If I also told you that the request for a limited investigation into these mass murders was actually going to be agreed to, you would probably cry out even louder, saying, this is an outrage!

God help us all, you might even scream, conspiracy.

The bottom line is, how could anything like this possibly happen?

How has the media stayed painfully silent for this long?

What country could possibly allow such a cold and cruel injustice?

How about... the United States of America?

You may or may not be shocked by the revelation, once I tell you.

Some of you have already figured it.

What I ask of all reading this is to please reserve your criticism long enough to hear, as Paul Harvey used to say, "the rest of the story."

If you haven't guessed, the mass murder I'm speaking about took place on the east coast, on September 11, 2001, in two US cities.

The "DA" in this instance is the president of the United States.

The relationship to the alleged mass murderer is very real though, because George W. Bush, and family, have a long sordid history with the bin Laden's, through oil, and CIA affiliations, because dad was head of the CIA, for which Osama worked. (Osama was known to "the agency" as Tim Osman.)

Bush and Cheney both repeatedly asked Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle not to investigate the attacks of 9/11... again, on more than two occasions.

Bush then set the unprecedented - first time ever - restrictive time limit on a murder investigation, a mass murder at that - the worst attack ever on US soil.

If you were angered at the opening of this piece, you should be even angrier by now, because it's all 100% verifiable fact.

  • Bush & Cheney repeatedly requested no investigation.

  • Bush waited 441 days to convene the 9/11 commission.

  • Bush-Cheney set an 18-month time limit on the investigation.

  • Bush allowed 600k to investigate, then upped to just $15M.

  • Bush & Cheney refused to testify separately, as asked.

  • Bush & Cheney both refused to testify under oath.

  • Bush set restrictions on eyewitness testimony, and how many commission members were allowed to hear it.

So, if you have never had any red flags over 9/11 before, you should probably have some about now.

Otherwise, forget that whole heart and soul remark. You just have no pulse.

Please know that the gist of this piece wasn't to fool you.

It was to get you to think.

It was to open your eyes.

It was to wake you up to the obvious elephant in the room.

History is passing us by. Are you taking note of it?

The guilty are still walking around to this day, scot-free, for mass murder.

That shouldn't be acceptable to anyone.

Quite frankly, this author personally doesn't believe for one minute that Osama bin Laden had anything to do with the attacks of 9/11.

There is much more to that story than you've been told.

For all intents and purposes, he may as well have been named "Lee Harvey" bin Laden, because all he was to the CIA in the end was just a patsy.

Nevertheless, this is the bed that the Bush-Cheney administration made for themselves to lie in, and yet they went out of their way to not convict him. As a matter of fact, Osama never was wanted by the FBI for the attacks of 9/11. Just check out his wanted poster.

This bombshell revelation is unbeknown to most Americans, as is most of the other behind the scene reports of US/Osama relations.

One story that has circulated for some time now, is that the CIA visited Osama while he was in a Dubai hospital for kidney failure. He was not arrested then, even though he was actively wanted for the North Africa barracks bombing, and for the USS Cole.

As it turns out, George W. Bush and the bin Laden's were close business associates, in the oil industry, through Arbusto Oil.

Dad, George HW Bush, also has ties as well, through the CIA, and also the Carlyle Group's connections to Bin Laden Construction.

Also, don't forget, while all planes in the US were grounded for the first time ever in aviation history, one family was allowed to fly safely through US airspace, out of the country, by a special order from the White House... that was the bin Laden's.

Without going into any more, hopefully, a painful, yet obvious point has been made here.

There is a longstanding relationship between the Bush family and the bin Laden family.

Despite the highly questionable authenticity of the "official story," short cuts were undeniably taken with the 9/11 investigation. Due diligence was thrown out the window, entirely.

To top it all off, 9/11 Commissioners Lee Hamilton and Thomas Kean both said they felt that the 9/11 Commission was set up to fail.

Most damning of all, they are also both on record as saying that the White House and the CIA obstructed their investigation.

It's all very well documented, but don't expect the corporate media to provide it for you, because they are owned, or intimately intertwined, by many of the guilty parties involved with 9/11.

Considering that this ultra-wealthy cartel once tried to overthrow FDR and the US government in 1933, it may come as no surprise to some, that they may have struck again here in the US in 2001.

Be assured of one thing though - a mass murder was committed in this country on 9/11.

The investigation of that gruesome mass murder was undeniably short-sheeted and circumvented by those of high office within the Bush Administration.

Justice has yet to be paid for those who were violently taken on that September day.

Again, there is no statute of limitations for murder, or mass murder, but when it comes to the attacks of September 11, apparently there are limitations for investigating murder.

We don't need another 9/11 investigation.

We need a real 9/11 investigation.

We needed it yesterday.

We still need it now.

They Never Had Restrictions for These Cases:
9/11 Was More Horrendous - Certainly Not Less

NOTE: The following comes from Wikipedia. They may not have the whole story, but they do get the severity and gravity of the crimes.

Jeffrey Dahmer

Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, was an American serial killer and sex offender, who committed the rape, murder, and dismemberment of seventeen men and boys between 1978 and 1991, with many of his later murders also involving necrophilia, cannibalism, and the permanent preservation of body parts—typically all or part of the skeletal structure. The media was horrified at the new low for human depravity.

Charles Manson

Charles Milles Manson is an American criminal who led what became known as the Manson Family, a quasi-commune that arose in the California desert in the late 1960s. Manson and his followers committed a series of nine murders at four locations over a period of five weeks in the summer of 1969. In 1971 he was found guilty of conspiracy to commit the murders of seven people: actress Sharon Tate and four other people at Tate's home; and the next day, a married couple, His followers also murdered several other people at other times and locations, and Manson was also convicted for two of these other murders. The media was absolutely mesmerized and horrified by these grisly murders.

James Eagan Holmes

James Eagan Holmes is an American convicted on 24 counts of murder and 140 counts of attempted murder for the 2012 Aurora shooting that killed 12 people and injured 70 others at a Century movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, on July 20, 2012. He had no known criminal record prior to the shooting. The media ran with this story for months..

Adam Lanza

On December 14, 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lanza reportedly shot twenty children and six adult staff members fatally in a mass murder at Sandy Hook Elementary School in the village of Sandy Hook in Newtown, Connecticut. The media went absolutely nuts for this story.

Nazi War Crimes

The atrocities and genocide by the Nazi's is well documented. The mass murder of Jews and political opponents is historically noted. The world was outraged at such inhumane barbarity. Thousands were reported to have been killed. The moral outrage continues to this very day.

In summary: there has never been a statute of limitations on murder.

Following that premise, there has certainly never been one for mass murder. Just look at how they still regard Nazi war crimes.

There are no restrictions in prosecuting these crimes. Period.

So let me ask you one final question.

Why did President Bush put a time limit on the 9/11 investigation, as well as imposing excessive, hindering witness restrictions - for the most horrendous mass murder ever in recent U.S. history?

Until a reasonable, truthful answer can one day be given, always keep asking that question.
