At a time when most Americans, including local police, are finding it impossible to buy ammo, the US government is continuing to stockpile extra lethal hollow point ammunition, prohibited for use in warfare by the Geneva convention.
 

So why is the US government loading up on extra-lethal ammo that is obviously intended for domestic use?
 

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has tried to say the ammo is for target practice and that they are buying in bulk to save money, but hollow points cost far more than full metal jackets, and no one uses expensive hollow points for target practice. So much for that excuse.
 

Over 2-billion rounds have been purchased in the last ten months, with 240-thousand rounds bought just last month. Now, DHS is buying another 360-thousand rounds. When totaled, this is enough ammo to pump at least seven rounds into every single man, woman and child in America.
 

At a time when many are concerned about an ever growing US police state, some have suggested that the purchases also serve another function, limiting the amount of ammo that is available for the American public, at a time when Congress is trying to implement public gun control.

The addition of HR 658, which authorizes 30,000 drones for US airspace, has some wondering why the Congress and our government is turning against the American people. During the Bush-Cheney era alone, Federal law enforcement agencies grew by nearly 30-percent from 2004 to 2008.

One thing appears certain, DHS and the US government are preparing for a deadly fight with the American people, and our elected representatives have done nothing to stop it.

Despite the fact that all of the mass shootings in this country have nefarious origins, beyond what has been reported in the media, there is no reason to take our guns away. In Wisconsin, Colorado and Connecticut, all of the mass shootings were the work of multiple shooters. That's a fact that the media hasn't told you. (See the video below)

The FBI says that murder by gun has gone down for five straight years in a row, even with the questionable mass shootings included. Now, here are the real numbers that they do not want you to know. In a country of 310-million people we had only 8,583 murders by gun. That comes down to just 0.003% of the population. Not even 1% !! That is an infinitesimally diminutive number. It's laughable!

So ask yourself, where is there a gun problem in the US?

Then ask yourself another question, why didn't the corporate mainstream media tell you this?

No one has ever talked about this statistic, until now.

With the gun debate raging in the US, many Americans have been outraged by the temerity of Congress in calling for restrictions on our 2nd amendment Constitutional right. After all, the 2nd amendment specifically says that this right "shall not be infringed," so why do our elected representatives think that they are able to go over our heads and ask for something that the greater majority of We The People did not call for?

The attacks in Aurora, Colorado and Newtown, Connecticut are alleged to be attacks from lone gunmen, one person that flipped out and decided to just start shooting innocent people. While that premise is a bit far fetched, and also considering that there is ample evidence from both shootings to prove that accomplices were involved, how is it that Congress feels it has the right to make us pay for someone else's crimes, by restricting our Constitutional rights?

They did this to us after 9/11, taking away our Constitutional rights because of someone else's crimes, especially crimes that have indubitably nefarious government connections. Congress took it upon themselves to restrict and infringe upon our rights with the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and the Homegrown Terrorism Act, to name but just a few.

The Bush-Cheney administration and the US military were clearly guilty of numerous faux pas on that fateful day, with former officials such as President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and General Richard Myers, who was acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, all intimately involved in the circle of failure to defend the US, yet not one person in our government or military were reprimanded, indicted, or stripped of rank due to their own personal failures on that fateful day.

No one in the government or the military was made to pay for their lack of proper action or their failure to fulfill their duties to We The People on 9/11, yet they made us pay the price by going after our Constitutional rights.

How the hell is this a proper course of action?

If a criminal robs a grocery store, do you penalize the store owner by taking away their business license?

If a woman is raped, is she then required to cover up and wear sack cloth for the rest of her life.

These are of course very simple analogies, but I trust you understand the premise, you don't penalize the victim for the crime.

So you better ask yourself why it is that Congress once again seeks to make its constituents pay with the loss of Constitutional rights after a crime is committed by someone else.

The Fed was not concocted to help the US Treasury, but rather to take over the US government by bankrupting it, something that actually happened in 1933. Ever since its takeover of the US currency system in 1913, the Fed has led this nation into every war we've fought since, and profited its owners obscenely with illicit gains.

The Federal Reserve has pushed this country to the brink of disaster, with some feeling that this economic collapse was meticulously orchestrated. People are waking up to the idea that the Fed has not been acting in our best interests.

Case in point... the Bush and Obama administrations both gave lucrative bailouts, to the tune of around $700-billion and $800-billion, respectively. That is roughly in the 1.5-trillion dollar mark, but apparently the Fed went behind our backs and doled out far more than that.

After much effort from Congressmen such as Ron Paul (R) and Dennis Kucinich (D), a partial audit of the Federal Reserve was held for the first time in 98 years, secured by Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. What the Sanders Report found out was that the Fed secretly and illegally gave out $16-trillion in zero interest loans to the largest banks and corporations, for which the Fed says US taxpayers are now on the hook for.

Many of the banks and corporations receiving these trillions coincidentally had at least 18 past and present directors from the Federal Reserve in their management. Sound like a conflict of interest to you?

The Fed bankers may have plundered the nation, but they also set up the potential for their own demise, because they acted in secret, illegally, behind the backs of Congress and the American people.

First off, the unfounded rumor that the Federal Reserve will expire on December 21st of 2012 is just that, a misinformed fairytale with no basis in fact. The following will clarify this:

U.S. Code TITLE 12 CHAPTER 3 SUBCHAPTER IX § 341. Second states:

“A Federal reserve bank shall become a body corporate and as such, and in the name designated in such organization certificate, shall have power—

First. To adopt and use a corporate seal.

Second. To have succession after February 25, 1927, until dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for violation of law.”

So you can see, the original twenty year charter was extended indefinitely. There was no 99 year lease given to the Fed.

To be clear, the Federal Reserve does not lose its charter on December 21st of 2012, but we do now have the legal means to end their reign of terror, because of their blatant violation of their charter. The opportunity exits to finally kill the Fed.

The point here is that the Federal Reserve violated the law, committing Federal felonies by embezzling trillions of dollars without telling the Congress. This very clear violation of their charter gives Congress the legal authority to abolish this aberration from the US currency system.

The $16-trillion dollar question though is, will they?

The idea has been floated that states should secede from the union and we should have a new American Revolution. Let me offer a few reasons why that is not our best option and should be a very last resort. First off, the only thing standing in the way of the new world order is the heavily armed people of the US. The criminals behind the evil NWO, like the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, would like nothing more than to dissolve the United States. That makes their job that much easier.

As for the 2nd American Revolution, those advocating such an instant bloodbath forget one thing, it's not an even fight.

When our forefathers fought against the British crown, the fight was somewhat of a level playing field as both sides fought with muskets and cannons. Today, that is not the case due to an incredible arsenal of high-tech weaponry and biological agents available to the powers that control the shadow government of the US. The 2012 NDAA insured that military force can now be used against "we the people" like it has never been used before. Last time I checked, they had tanks, fighter jets and helicopter gunships. Not an even fight by any means.

The addition of HR 658 and its 30,000 drones over America poses the most serious threat of all, because every home in America was GPS'd during the last census. Long story short, they have the coordinates to bomb your ass back into the stone age from 30,000 feet. You'll never see it coming. Sure we have lots of guns, but the first revolution was said to be fought by only 3% of the populace. Even if you bump that figure up today, it is still a lopsided fight that could end ugly, in a real hurry.

So please think about these things before you jump into something you can never retreat from. Talk of secession and armed revolution at this juncture in time only aids those wanting to divide and conquer this nation. It should be a last resort only, not a first strike. There are still other avenues to be traveled first, rather than just jumping emotionally right off the bridge into complete chaos.

Please don't get me wrong, we never give up the fight, but we also never let a superior foe force us into a fight that we are physically not ready for. Any military leader will attest to that. Those wishing for secession and revolution need to think these salient points through, very carefully, before acting impetuously with rash emotion, instead of reasoned intellect.

Again, dissolving the United States is their goal. Killing opponents of the new world order is their fervent dream. Don't let them manipulate your emotions to serve their agenda. Think first before you throw the baby out with the bathwater. Just sayin'.

I never thought that in my lifetime I would ever see a war that would outlast the Viet Nam War. How pitifully wrong I was.

Like all wars, you have to question the political and financial motivation, the latter being the most prominent impetus for war. With that said, we didn't attack Afghanistan because the Taliban wouldn't turn Osama bin Laden over. We did it for pure imperial, capitalist exploitation. The facts are glaring.

One of the first things that Bush and Cheney did after stealing office was to invite the Taliban to the US to discuss an oil and gas pipeline route across Afghanistan to the Caspian sea. The Taliban said no deal. For that reason they became enemies of the Bush-Cheney administration.

One thing should be noted about United States involvement in Afghanistan... the poppy crop now flourishes once again, and US soldiers now guard these lucrative opium and heroin producing fields, rather than burning them. You have to ask yourself, why?

Perhaps the answer becomes more apparent when you realize that the "evil Taliban" had eradicated the Afghan supply of opium-poppy production in just one year. This was reported in May of 2001, a full four months before 9/11.

Now, after over a decade of US occupation, the opium and heroin market thrives once again in Afghanistan, supplying three fourths of the world's opium and most of the heroin to Europe.

The only reasonable conclusion that one can draw from this is that some US officials appear to want this crop intact. Just one more reason why the War On Terror is a fraud.

Once again, another shocking story that threatens the personal privacy of US citizens has been kept from us by our politicians and the mainstream media. Did you know that a bill, HR 658, the FAA Air Transportation Modernization and Safety Improvement Act, has just passed both the House and the Senate that authorizes the use of 30,000 spy drones over America? Like the anti-Posse Comitatus NDAA legislation that passed in November, this bill was not widely reported by the mainstream media.

Don't feel bad for not knowing about this, because like the anti-Constitutional NDAA legislation, they purposefully tried to hide this from the American public. The corporate controlled mainstream media was once again complicit and was an integral accessory in this crime against "We the People." The corporate mainstream media failed us all miserably.

Think about the enormity of this for a second... 30-THOUSAND drones flying overhead surveilling the US. If you divide that by 50 states, that is 600 drones per state! Most states don't have even have one-third of that in counties, so 600 drones, or more per state is a bit overwhelming. And considering that some states are very small, such as Rhode Island and Connecticut, it won't take that many to spy on those diminutive territories, leaving far more drones to cover the larger states.

This is an outrage, plain and simple. If you're not pissed off about this, you've got shit for brains. There is no good reason why we should have 24/7 surveillance of American citizens. This creates a police state! It is an invasion of our personal privacy.

Of course the advocates for creating this intensified police state will proffer that this is neeed "to fight terrorism," but let's examine that issue for just a moment. ...

The White House has struck again with another Executive Order to stifle life as we know it in the US. Not surprisingly, the new order was released on Friday, prior to the St. Patrick's Day weekend. Whenever the powers that be want to hide news, they do it on the weekend, when the news cycle is slow due to low viewership.

This weekend they released an announcement of the NDRP, the National Defense Resources Preparedness plan. In this new Executive Order they claim the right to force people into service camps, to take our personal property and all of our natural resources. This is a total overhaul of the US, with a new government structure, without the approval of "we the people."

This is a total takeover of absolutely everything! This new Executive Order redefines and reorganizes the United States government in a most radical fashion, one that could very well be deemed oppressive to its people.

This last Executive order is outrageous in its scope and egregious in the temerity and hubris with which they re-shape our society. The government has given itself the ability to steal our personal property and take our natural resources, as well forcing service without compensation.

As you read along in this Orwellian restructuring of the US, you have to gasp and ask yourself, under what dire conditions do we have to endure for this EO to be enacted... but then you notice the language that says all of these drastic nation restructuring acts are allowed under peacetime as well!

Excuse me, but why the hell do we need to drastically restructure the nation in peacetime? Does this make any sense to you?

Of course they will probably say they will never use such power against we the people, but how do we accept their word for it, in light of all the times we've been lied to by our government?

The new NDRP, just enacted on March 17th, is as deadly as the Patriot Act or the recently passed NDAA. Once again, the mainstream media has let this martial law-style Executive Order slide by, just as it did with NDAA and HR 658.

This new Executive Order needs to be read by every single American!

The fact that a bill of such dire consequence would be released on a Friday prior to a drinking holiday is certainly less than forthcoming on the part of the administration.

Sadly enough, this is exactly what they did when Obama signed the NDAA bill on New Year's eve. That too was a drinking holiday that just happened to fall on a weekend when the news cycle is slow. The perfect time to bury big news.

In September I wrote a piece titled The Fascist Takeover of the United States. It was my assessment that the current economic meltdown was no accident. It was a devious,  meticulously calculated plot to sink the United States and the world to its knees, to bring about the long planned new world order dreamt about by the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers. It wasn't rocket science to figure out. All you had to do was look at the facts of the crisis and then examine the recourse taken by the Federal Reserve. Our best and brightest financial minds took a 180 away from the best option to stimulate the economy, choosing instead to bypass the taxpayer, retail and manufacturing, and going right to the crooks that created the disaster in the first place. The fact that they took the backasswards approach to the bailouts was a huge tip-off for this reporter. They chose to compound the problem with hyperinflation and to reward the crooks that are responsible for the collapse. So that was question one for me that something was terribly wrong.

Overaggressive city officials are mandating arrests and demanding brutal attacks on the demonstrators, even though those in attendance have done nothing to warrant such hostile behavior from police officials whose number one task is officially supposed to be "to protect and to serve." Their duty is not to protect the corporate state, but to protect the well being of the people. That is job one.

The only thing the Occupy Protest can be charged with is exercising their legal right to assembly. The Constitution expressly grants "we the people" the legal lawful right to peacefully assemble, and to petition our Government of the people, by the people and for the people for a redress of grievances, as explicitly stated in the First Amendment.

They do it for money and power. This is the exact same scam they ran on us during the first great depression. This economic crisis has been strategically engineered and meticulously orchestrated to destroy the middle class and drive us into their servitude.

The Federal Reserve is NOT federal folks. It is a private cartel, a cabal of mega-rich bankers who have racketeered our country and our economy. That is a fact that most of the TV addicted lemmings in America are clueless to. We need to get educated folks.

It's time to say no to these people and incarcerate them for their crimes. Our bought and paid for politicians, including the Bush family and the Clintons, need to be prosecuted for their part in this overthrow of our republic. Barack Obama must be included for his complicity in this crime against humanity. He had his chance to prosecute the obvious crimes of the past two administrations. The only "change" we have is what little is left in our pockets.

With this clarification in mind, how do we reconcile the "War On Terror" by such a simple definition? Never in the history of warfare have we had such a vague description for a state of war.

The War On Terror is very unique and new to the American experience. The overall ramifications of this constitutionally heretical concept are huge. Never before have we encountered such a personal threat, unless maybe you were a Japanese-American during World War II.

With all of this in mind, let's first take a quick historical review of what is war and our experience with it. Let us first digress about the state of war and why we fight.

Taking Our Country Back: Regaining Our Forefather's Republic

Our forefathers are more than likely rolling in their graves as they watch our government turn into a police state. A country that they worked hard to perfect, and fought and died to protect, is no longer the land of the free. Despite the cries of uneducated pundits, we are not moving to a system of socialism, we are moving to a strengthening fascist state. The only socialism threatening our country is the bail-out of the ultra-wealthy. The only welfare state dragging this country down is clearly corporate welfare. "We the people" have been passed over for the privileged few.

If we ever hope to regain what we have lost, here are five points that we can start with:

1) Take back the media! Under the current corporate media we have no watchdog to save us from corrupt politicians, rich oligarchs and government tyranny. Without this necessary overseer of democracy we have no accountability for the truth.

2) End the Federal Reserve System and restore the power to issue money to the U.S. Treasury Dept. End the illicit bank cartel that has bankrupted our country.

3) Enact sweeping campaign reform and get the big money out of politics, particularly corporate money. Politicians are elected to serve "we the people." not corporations.

4) Kill HAVA! Until it is gone, we have no ballot box accountability. Electronic voting has been proven to be highly vulnerable to hacking. Every election cycle since HAVA has had documented cases of hacking where votes have been stolen, or added, to influence the outcome of key elections. Give us back our right to representation through honest, free elections.

5) Get rid of the PATRIOT Act, the Military Commissions Act, and all other Constitution threatening legislation that have neutered, if not killed, the dream of our forefathers.

These five points would be positive steps in restoring the republic of the United States.

NewsFocus Op/Ed: Folks, this is obscene to see the richest companies increase their assets by nearly 60% in less than three years, in arguably one of the worst economies the world has ever known. This tells you the system has been rigged in their favor. In gambling terms, they're "gaming the house!" This is undeniably an immoral economic perversity, no matter how you look at it. NewsFocus: I've said it before, white collar corruption far eclipses any lower class fraud of welfare, by literally trillions of dollars. The August 2008 GAO Report is all you need to read to understand. Those that claim that welfare fraud and social programs are the root cause of economic disparity are either uneducated or horribly misinformed. The number one killer of the economy is our overly excessive military budget. The number two cause for our dilemma is the rich not paying their way after bilking society for their enormous wealth. The wealthy feel they owe nothing for the privilege of exploiting our system of unchecked capitalism. They reap excessive benefits, yet don't want to pay accordingly.
 

Last year I wrote an article titled "Class Warfare In America: The Effort To Destroy The Middle Class." If you haven't read it by now, I sincerely encourage you to do so. Much research went into the article, with much pain coming out. The information uncovered was staggering to me, as it will be to you.

It started out by stating that since 1992, the bottom 90% of Americans have had their incomes rise by a mere 13%, compared with an outlandish increase of 399% for the top 400. Damn near a 400% increase for the richest 400! That is perversely obscene on many levels, especially so when you realize that these are not mere multi-millionaires that profited heavily under Bush-Cheney, it was the multi-billionaires! These are people who are already insanely rich beyond most people's wildest imaginations, yet their yearly incomes skyrocketed into the stratosphere and far beyond any fathomable moral good conscience.

As a direct result of this rise in income, the article also revealed that under the Bush II tax cuts for the wealthy, the richest 400 Americans doubled their personal wealth, while at the same time cutting their tax rate in half. After taxes (if they bothered to pay any) and their gaudy living expenses, they still managed to pack enough away to raise their net worth by double. Think about that for a moment. You're a multi-billionaire worth tens of billions and you double your overall wealth in less than eight short years of the Bush regime. Some reports even claim that they tripled their wealth in just five years. NewsFocus refuses to give this story the time of day, other than to say it is absolute pure bullshit. Osama bin Laden has been dead for many years now, and officials the world over have known about it and openly remarked about it publicly. (See the stories below.)

First off, Osama bin Laden was a U.S. CIA asset, right up to the day of 9/11, when the U.S. government turned on him and made him their Lee Harvey patsy. Former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds testified about this, but was gagged by the Bush-Cheney regime for eight years so that she could not tell her story. They did not want Americans to know that bin Laden was an operative working for the U.S., nor did they want them to know that the U.S. started the Al Qaeda organization.

Those smart enough to spot the fake immediately caught the U.S. and CIA lie when the government propped up their fake bin Laden tape shortly after 9/11, allegedly showing Osama taking credit for the 9/11 event. In case you missed it, it is now one of the most hidden videos by YouTube and Google, companies which are alleged to be data mining organizations for the CIA. In the video that U.S. officials from the Bush-Cheney administration said was the real deal, there were many glaring discrepancies that anyone with half a brain could easily spot. Osama eating, drinking and writing with his right hand, when he is known by the FBI to be left handed. He was also wearing forbidden gold jewelry, a ring and a watch, etc. (Read more about the fake Osama video here.)

In fact, those blatantly obvious key points were so absolutely ridiculous, NewsFocus believes they might very well be the work of good intelligence operatives within the U.S. intelligence community who were trying to tip the world off that a deliberate ruse was being perpetrated by darker forces within U.S. intel. (Much like they did with the 9/11 NY lottery.) There is really no other way to explain the absurd numerous errors that were apparent in that clearly fake Osama video, unless perhaps those behind that deceptive video were simply just too stupid to know any better.

The question is, how did our government intelligence agencies, and our intrepid (bought and paid for) corporate media, all miss those glaring errors? The only answer can be that they were not looking for any errors because they were too busy falling all over themselves to sell the American people a blatant lie.

The tape was sanctioned by US intelligence, even though the figure in the video looked nothing like Osama and was clearly right-handed. (The FBI says he is left-handed on his wanted poster. They also do not implicate him for 9/11.)

Why did US intelligence claim that it was Osama when it was an obvious phony tape? Again, because they were too busy selling us a bald-faced lie.

Immediately following the 9/11 attacks, Osama did not take credit, but vehemently denied any involvement.

I was not involved in the September 11 attacks in the United States nor did I have knowledge of the attacks. There exists a government within a government within the United States. The United States should try to trace the perpetrators of these attacks within itself; to the people who want to make the present century a century of conflict between Islam and Christianity. That secret government must be asked as to who carried out the attacks. ... So why deny, then turn around and admit that he was responsible? Download the video and you will see for yourself just how pitiful this attempt at deception truly was.

Lastly... this was supposed to be the most wanted fugitive of all time, even though the FBI did not want him for 9/11, because they said they had no proof that he had anything to do with the attacks. (See the FBI wanted poster at the link above.) So why, after ten years of supposedly searching for this most wanted fugitive, would the U.S. immediately dispose of the body at sea before anyone could officially verify that it truly was Osama bin Laden? This is the most laughable, pathetic excuse ever conceived, next to the President Kennedy assassination "magic bullet theory."

So why concoct such a story now? Maybe it's because 81% of the American people do not believe the lie being shoved down our throats regarding 9/11 and our loss of liberty. Maybe it's because those that were caught red-handed for 9/11 just had a court case against them thrown out, by a judge who was a cousin of the Bush family. Just maybe they want people to look at a different story, rather than that recent horrible miscarriage of our judicial system. (See NewsFocus 9/11 News page)

Maybe it's also because many people are now looking into eco-weaponry and the rash of earthquakes that are threatening the world, as well as the U.S. and the New Madrid fault region. Maybe it's because those that truly control this world, the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers and the Morgans, are a little upset that the sheeple of this world are finally waking up and catching on to these true "evil-doers" and their crooked scheming for a new world order that would be run by them. Just maybe those same wretchedly corrupt, evil, greedy, inhuman bloodsuckers want you looking at the right hand, so you don't see the left hook coming that might knock us all out.

This Osama bin Laden story is nothing more than a well placed distraction, another ruse to fool the few people left that are willing to buy the lie.

As the Wizard once said, "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. The great and powerful Oz has spoken."

This false tale of Osama bin Laden being killed is pure bullshit and nothing more than a distraction, but don't take our word for it. Turn off the corporate TV news machine and start looking into the truth for yourself.

While we were not watching, conspiracy theory has undergone Orwellian redefinition.

A “conspiracy theory” no longer means an event explained by a conspiracy.  Instead, it now means any explanation, or even a fact, that is out of step with the government’s explanation and that of its media pimps.  

For example, online news broadcasts of RT have been equated with conspiracy theories by the New York Times simply because RT reports news and opinions that the New York Times does not report and the US government does not endorse.

In other words, as truth becomes uncomfortable for government and its Ministry of Propaganda, truth is redefined as conspiracy theory, by which is meant an absurd and laughable explanation that we should ignore.

When piles of carefully researched books, released government documents, and testimony of eye witnesses made it clear that Oswald was not President John F. Kennedy’s assassin, the voluminous research, government documents, and verified testimony was dismissed as “conspiracy theory.”

In other words, the truth of the event was unacceptable to the authorities and to the Ministry of Propaganda that represents the interests of authorities.

The purest example of how Americans are shielded from truth is the media’s (including many Internet sites’) response to the large number of professionals who find the official explanation of September 11, 2001, inconsistent with everything they, as experts, know about physics, chemistry, structural engineering, architecture, fires, structural damage, the piloting of airplanes, the security procedures of the United States, NORAD’s capabilities, air traffic control, airport security, and other matters.  These experts, numbering in the thousands, have been shouted down by know-nothings in the media  who brand the experts as “conspiracy theorists.”

This despite the fact that the official explanation endorsed by the official media is the most extravagant conspiracy theory in human history.

If there is one thing that I loathe, it's the hate that came forth from the evil Bush-Cheney administration regarding Muslims and Hispanics. Nothing was said about these two groups, until the Bush-Cheney "fear machine" set upon us all. First and foremost, study the religion of Islam. Muslims are arguably the most devout God worshipping people on the face of the earth. Jews may think they have that market cornered, but they are merely a close second, for no group as a whole is as religious as Muslims. They are on their knees praying more times in a day than anyone, all the while overly pious Americans sit on their fat asses and worship the almighty tube and the dollar.

What is it folks? Is it because they call their God Allah, is that what scares you so much? If that's the case, you must have issues with those that say Jesus was God, or those that use YHWH, YHVH (Yahweh) or JHVH (Jehova.) Most of American idiots think His name is "God," and that shows their true ignorance. God is a "title," period. Argue all you want, but when you call on "God" you may as well be praying to Tupperware.

Get your facts straight if you're going to buy into the hate crimes.

We as a people claim to despise those that lump entire races together as evil, and yet most of you have been suckered right into the ruse. Those with all the money and power in this world are indeed the true evil. They are responsible for all the wars, and for fomenting division among nations. They are the ones that need to keep the people in control through fear. They want you to be scared, because they need you to be scared. They understand that unless there is an enemy to be feared, they lose much of their power and control over you. When you buy into the hate that they propagate, you buy into their evil plan for control of us all.

And just how religious can you be when you openly hate someone else, for no reason whatsoever, other than because some dumb-ass, bought-and-paid for politician, or TV pundit told you so? How much do you personally know about Muslims or the religion of Islam? From the discourse that has arisen in America, apparently nothing!

You are being coerced into hate crimes, and most people ignorantly go right along and comply with the lie. We claim it's "anti-Semitic" to bash Jews, yet we arrogantly think we have the free right to unload our personal ignorance and hate onto Muslims, all because of their religion. How patently absurd and morally disgraceful.

You can't be too devout or religious if you are willing to openly follow the word of man, versus that of the printed bible, a book that so many claim to revere and follow. What ever happened to "love one another?"

Whatever name you call your God by, make no mistake about it, he/she is ashamed of you. Count on that. However you regard Jesus (Yeshua), he too is no doubt repulsed by your ignorance and inability to understand what he tried so hard to teach us all.

If you want to think that Muslims are bad people, or Hispanics for that matter, then I would offer that you are the real evil in this world, for you sew a discourse that is unfounded in fact and rooted in nothing more than blind ignorance and pure hate.

Wake up America. Pull your collective heads out of your ass and get your facts straight when it comes to the real evil in this world, bad people of any nationality who would discriminate against others.

And for those that do truly hate America, maybe for once try to understand their position and learn about the tyranny that has been imposed upon their countries and people, all in the name of the almighty dollar and "American interests." We are arguably the most oppressive empire the world has ever known. (Thank you CIA.)

Again, learn history and understand that we are just as much the terrorists as anyone else in this world. Those who deny this, without first looking into the facts, are sorely and tragically mistaken.

Muslims did not attack us on 9/11. They did not start the Iraq war for no reason whatsoever, on a bald-faced lie. They have not persecuted millions around the world for the sake of capitalism and the almighty dollar.

The real reason that they have been vilified is because the ultra-wealthy bankers that rule this world are going after the middle east for their resources. A lot has been said about the giant HAARP array in Gakona, Alaska. Begun in 1990 and completed in 2007, HAARP stands for High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Their stated purpose, from the website FAQ... "The goal of this program is to further advance our knowledge of the physical and electrical properties of the Earth's ionosphere which can affect our military and civilian communication and navigation systems."

They also state, "The fundamental goal of research conducted at HAARP is knowledge; to explore and to understand natural phenomena occurring in the Earth's ionosphere and near-space environment. Information derived from this research will have major value in the design of future communication and navigation systems for both military and civilian use."

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton vowed on Tuesday to invest $25 million for developers to build tools that will let online dissidents get around “thugs, hackers and censors.” It’s her attempt at giving teeth to the so-called “Internet Freedom Agenda” that she unveiled last year.

In a speech at D.C.’s George Washington University — one full of glowing references to the Egyptian revolution — Clinton pledged to take a “venture capital approach” to funding tools that allow online activists, dissidents and ordinary citizens to circumvent internet censorship in repressive countries. If that means setting up proxy sites for online dissidents or employing tools like those of the U.S. military to get bandwidth into denied areas, Clinton declined to say, arguing that there’s “no silver bullet” against internet repression.

Since “there’s no app for that,” Clinton said the U.S. would instead work with technical and policy experts to develop a “portfolio of technology, tools and training” for getting around firewalls. As repressive governments adapt their techniques at blocking connectivity, so too will U.S. measures to help “digital activists… adapt to the challenges they face.” Whether $25 million — a pittance, really, in the massive federal budget — will really help is another matter. ...

Lest anyone think the government isn't doing everything they possibly can about the current economic crisis, the US is currently in the midst of planning and drills for a possible downturn in the economic crisis. The problem for many is, it's the Pentagon and the military doing the planning. The US is currently running military exercises and domestic drills... to battle upset Americans, in the event the economy should worsen. A Pentagon plan named "Operation Quest" is currently underway which deals with using military force to control the population, in the event of a total economic collapse. The Pentagon is reportedly preparing for a variety of scenarios, which includes "large scale economic breakdown," and "domestic order amid civil unrest." Essentially, preparing for a police state against the people who lost it all.

Nothing at all about combating the ultra-wealthy Wall Street fat-cats and bankers, or the preceding piss-poor government regime that allowed this all to happen in the first place. So long as the obscenely rich and the corporate elite get to maintain their "government insured" opulence, that appears to be all that our in-the-pocket government appears to care about. They will fight to protect the ultra-wealthy elite, their corporate holdings, Wall Street, the banks and their sundry financial institutions, but not us. It's us they're preparing to stand against, not the rich. Our Pentagon is standing for those who engineered and profited from this economic holocaust. The internment camps are for us.

Americans may find it in their best interest to make their own plans, in the event our former government "of the people" decides to go off on "we the people," right after they've personally helped bankrupt us and ruin our economy.

This could very well turn out to be robbery and a mugging.

Halliburton May Pay $500-Million to Keep Cheney Out of Prison

Oilfield services company Halliburton is in negotiations with the Nigerian government to keep its former CEO, Dick Cheney, out of prison, according to a news report.

Sources inside Nigeria's Economic and Financial Crimes Commission told GlobalPost this week that a settlement keeping the charges against Cheney out of court could cost as much as $500 million.

Nigeria filed charges against Cheney this week in an investigation of alleged bribery estimated at $180 million. Prosecutors named both Halliburton and KBR in the charges, as well as three European oil and engineering companies -- Technip SA, EniSpa, and Saipem Construction.

The charges allege that engineering contractor KBR, until 2007 a subsidiary of Halliburton, was among companies that paid bribes to secure a $6 billion contract for a natural gas plant. KBR pleaded guilty to the same bribes in a US court in 2009, and agreed to pay a $382 million fine. The Nigerian charges appear to stem from the US case -- though, in that trial, Cheney was never directly charged.

The latest one snared Osman Mohamud, a Somali-American teenager in Portland, Oregon. The Associated Press report by William Mall and Nedra Pickler (11-27-10) is headlined in Yahoo News: "Somali-born teen plotted car-bombing in Oregon."

This is a misleading headline as the report makes it clear that it was a plot orchestrated by federal agents. Two sentences into the news report we have this: "The bomb was an elaborate fake supplied by the [FBI] agents and the public was never in danger, authorities said."

The teenager was supplied with a fake bomb and a fake detonator.

Three sentences later the reporters contradict the quoted authorities with a quote from Arthur Balizan, special agent in charge of the FBI in Oregon: "The threat was very real."

The reporters then contradict Balizan: "White House spokesman Nick Shapiro said Saturday that president Barack Obama was aware of the FBI operation before Friday's arrest. Shapiro said Obama was assured that the FBI was in full control of the operation and that the public was not in danger."

Then Shapiro contradicts himself by declaring: "The events of the past 24 hours underscore the necessity of remaining vigilant against terrorism here and abroad."

The story arrives at its Kafka highpoint when President Obama thanks the FBI for its diligence in saving us from the fake plot the FBI had fabricated.

After vacillating between whether they are reporting a real plot or a orchestrated one, the reporters finally come down on the side of orchestration. Documents released by US Attorney Dwight Holton "show the sting operation began in June." Obviously, the targeted Portland teenager was not hot to trot. The FBI had to work on him for six months. The reporters compare "the Portland sting" to the recent arrest in Virginia of Faroque Ahmed who was ensnared in a "bombing plot that was a ruse conducted over the past six months by federal officials."

Think about this. The FBI did a year's work in order to convince two people to participate in fake plots. ...

Fuller, the first prosecution witness in the trial that started Tuesday, showed the jury one of the unexploded bombs the would-be terrorists planned to use to blow up one of two Riverdale synagogues.

A January 27 hearing of the House Committee on Homeland Security established that US intelligence agencies stopped the State Department from revoking the US visa of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. The Nigerian student, whom US officials suspected of being affiliated with the Yemeni terrorist group Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, attempted to set off a bomb on Northwest Flight 253 into Detroit on Christmas Day. NewsFocus: And finally, let's not forget the first World Trade Center attack, the 1993  bombing by Ramzi Yousef. Emad A. Salem was an ex-Egyptian army officer who was an FBI informant. Salem was to assist Yousef and others build a bomb, but supply them with fake explosive powder, per a FBI sting operation. Salem testified that the FBI knew about the attack beforehand and told him they would prevent it by substituting the explosives with harmless powder instead, but his FBI supervisor called off the plan, and the bombing was carried out for real against the World Trade Center. Salem suspected a double-deal, once it was clear that the FBI was providing real explosives. He began taping his telephone conversations with FBI agents. Salem testified about the bomb, saying, "It was built by supervising supervision from the Bureau (FBI) and the D.A. and we was all informed about it and we know that the bomb start to be built."

Those tapes were admitted in the trial and are now part of the public record. For his role in the plot, Yousef got life, plus 240 years in prison. How bad did they want him put away? Interestingly enough, U.S. District Judge Kevin T. Duffy also recommended that Yousef be kept in constant solitary confinement, limited to visits with his lawyer. So, I guess he won't be telling anyone about the FBI cooperation and planning in that attack. [New York Times, 10/28/1993]

The tactics employed by the FBI are nothing more than entrapment. This is not skilled intelligence or quality hard nosed police work. It is quite simply, "terrorist seduction." We entice them and encourage them, when in reality, if they were left on their own, they would have never had the physical means to coordinate such crimes.

The brokerage firm that's faced the most scrutiny from regulators in the past year over the shorting of mortgage related securities seems to have had good timing when it came to something else: the stock of British oil giant BP.

Detrick, but the colleagues of patsy Bruce Ivins saying it was impossible for him to produce the anthrax, 3) the call by many within Congress for an audit of the crooked Federal Reserve, 4) the Bush-Cheney war crimes, 5) the engineering of the global financial collapse, etc, etc, etc. It's hard to discount coincidence out of hand when man conveniently profits in excess from it.

This story of the Goldman Sachs BP (British Petroleum) sell off smells immensely. Add to that the chief operating officer of the company selling off significant shares of his own stock and you have huge questions that need to be answered. You don't ignore a story like this just because you might personally find it hard to believe. You investigate it to assure that isn't a coincidence. Selling millions of dollars in very lucrative stock before the disaster and the demise of BP smells worse than the oil tainted Gulf.

NewsFocus: This was the straw that broke the camel's back for me with the highly hypocritical Republican party. Reagan and Bush were caught red-handed making a deal to keep American hostages held longer in Iran, just so they could damage Carter's re-election chances. The Walsh Commission indicted many, only to have all of the guilty pardoned by Bush. Then Clinton did one of the worst things of his Presidency (aside from undoing the Glass-Steagal Act), he let Reagan and Bush off the hook for irrefutable treason against America. And how did Republicans thank him? By going after Clinton for consensual oral sex with Monica Lewinsky. Clinton was guilty of lying about a personal affair, while Reagan and Bush were clearly guilty of treason, an offense punishable by prison or execution. This was the beginning of the GOP revolution and the Gingrich "Contract on America." It has been downhill with Republicans ever since. They fight dirty and have proven time and again that they will lie about anything to get elected. Ron Paul is one of the few Republicans who is honest and has a moral center. Long story short, not only is George HW Bush guilty of war crimes in the first Iraq war, he is guilty of treason and should be held accountable and punished with imprisonment or execution for the continued torture of Americans in Iran. And could we please get off the "St. Reagan" soapbox? He lied about the Iran-Contra deal, only admitting to it after he and Bush were caught red-handed.

And to be perfectly fair, the Obama administration must also now be accountable for its myopic continuation of bad Bush policies that have kept us in this horrible position.

A microbiologist who supervised the work of accused anthrax killer Bruce E. Ivins explained to a National Academy of Sciences panel Thursday why the arithmetic of growing anthrax didn't add up to Ivins' mailing deadly spores in fall 2001.

"Impossible," said Dr. Henry S. Heine of a scenario in which Ivins, another civilian microbiologist working for the Army, allegedly prepared the anthrax spores at an Army lab at Fort Detrick. Heine told the 16-member panel that Ivins would have had to grow as many as 10 trillion spores, an astronomical amount that couldn't have gone unnoticed by his colleagues.

According to FBI calculations, Ivins accomplished this working after-hours in a special suite for handling lethal agents designated B3, for Biohazard Level 3. A bar chart released by the bureau [1] (PDF) when it closed its nearly 9-year-old Amerithrax case in February showed that in August and September 2001, the months immediately before the first anthrax letters were mailed, Ivins logged 34 more hours in the B3 suite than his combined total for the previous seven months.

"That's more than 8,000 hours (close to a year) short of what he would have needed to grow the anthrax," Heine told ProPublica in an interview after his NAS presentation. ...

Well, it appears that the latest fad in apocalyptic fear is upon us with the coming of the year 2012 and the end of the Mayan calendar. Just like Y2K, and the 5/5/2000 planetary alignment, the powers that be are going to try to get us all to wet our pants again and scream in fear like little children.

Our government, through the use of NASA, is already whipping up fear of a solar flare breaking through our weakening magnetic field, announcing a little over a year ago that our protective solar shield also has a recently discovered hole in it, four times the size of the earth.

Wow. That's huge.

If true, what then is saving us from all of that solar radiation? Why haven't we seen the northern lights everywhere then? This is pretty odd indeed.

Ask yourself this... if the government and NASA were truly worried about 2012, why would they be involved in pointless wars of aggression and imperialism when A) it could be all for naught, and B) we could be using all of that money to enhance and strengthen infrastructure needs to help us prepare for a natural disaster?

Many share the belief that the Mayan calendar does not mark the end of all mankind, it is merely the end of a solar age, merely a measurement of time, a cycle if you will. Just like finding a calendar with December 31st as the last day. It doesn't mean that will be the end of time and life as we know it. It's just the end of that calendar period.

In light of the government's potentially meaningless expensive wars, coupled with the outrageous expenditures of bail-out money to the bankers, Wall Street and the numerous corporations, how seriously worried is our government about 2012?

We can only hope and pray that this is indeed another false doomsday scare that will once again pass without consequence.

One thing is certain for sure though, many will exploit this alleged coming event and make tons of money as they once again try to scare the pants off the rest of us.

You would think that a country that's so very dependent on the U.S. for economic subsidies would be hesitant to pull stunts like this, wouldn't you? And yet, that doesn't seem to be the case:

WASHINGTON, Dec 28 (IPS) - U.S. intelligence has concluded that the document published recently by the Times of London, which purportedly describes an Iranian plan to do experiments on what the newspaper described as a "neutron initiator" for an atomic weapon, is a fabrication, according to a former Central Intelligence Agency official.
Philip Giraldi, who was a CIA counterterrorism official from 1976 to 1992, told IPS that intelligence sources say that the United States had nothing to do with forging the document, and that Israel is the primary suspect. The sources do not rule out a British role in the fabrication, however.

The Times of London story published Dec. 14 did not identify the source of the document. But it quoted "an Asian intelligence source" - a term some news media have used for Israeli intelligence officials - as confirming that his government believes Iran was working on a neutron initiator as recently as 2007.

The story of the purported Iranian document prompted a new round of expressions of U.S. and European support for tougher sanctions against Iran and reminders of Israel's threats to attack Iranian nuclear program targets if diplomacy fails. ...

If you think that's a good thing, you would be remiss in understanding how the desire for comfort and pleasure has dumbed-down most of the lemming herd to the point that our only intellectual challenge these days comes from mindless trivia games that test our knowledge of pop culture.

There once was a time when the education of science, mathematics and history were the keys to knowledge, real knowledge that you could grow a society upon. Sadly enough though, that concept has now given way to what I like to refer to as mental minutia. What was Jimmy Walker's favorite catch phrase on Good Times? Who were the main pilots in Top Gun? How many kids did the Brady's have and what were their names? Americans appear to know more about inconsequential bullshit than we do about the inner workings of our political system, or the convoluted mechanisms that drive our economy and financial institutions. We have become disinterested in matters of the real world, accepting instead a narrow view provided by the talking heads of our overly glorified media. We have become complacent in our intellectual curiosity. We have become dangerously gullible and overly trusting of our politicians, but most threatening of all, we trust our media talking heads implicitly, with little question for the real news that affects us all. Called the most gagged person in American history, former FBI wiretap translator Sibel Edmonds finally received the opportunity to speak under oath and she spoke volumes, implicating Congress members in criminal conspiracy, espionage, bribery and sexual blackmail. Edmonds also has stated that Osama bin Laden was a US asset right up to 9/11. This statement alone casts a damning spotlight on the official explanation that Osama bin Laden was responsible for the 9/11 attacks and arguably lends credence to cries from numerous investigators that U.S. insider involvement was responsible for the disaster.

Edmonds worked as a foreign language translator for the FBI shortly after 9/11. She was hired to listen to wiretaps in the counter-intel department and to translate those tapes. She gave her sworn deposition inside the National Whistle-blowers Center in Washington DC. The Obama DOJ was not present at the deposition.

During her deposition, Edmonds has said that she also answered questions on Dennis Hastert (R-IL), Dan Burton (R-IN), Stephen Solarz (D-NY), and Dick Gephardt (D-MO), as well as questions on other high-ranking officials and lobbyists. She apparently did not have good things to say about Hastert, now a lobbyist for Turkey. She implicated Burton in espionage for the Turkish government and also for accepting bribes. She was not able to talk about the illegal activities that Mr. Burton committed against U.S. interests.

According to Edmonds' attorney David Krikorian, "From my opinion, if I'm some of the current members of Congress, I'd be very very worried about the information that's going to come out of this. There are current members of Congress that she has implicated in bribery, espionage. It's not good. It's crazy, it's absolutely crazy. For people in power situations in the United States, who know about this information, if they don't take action against it, in my opinion, it's negligence."

Edmonds also spoke of a female Democratic Congresswoman caught in a 'hooking' exercise. Nefarious figures placed electronic surveillance bugs in the Congresswoman's apartment and then set up a relationship with another female who had sexual relations with her. They then blackmailed the Congresswoman whose name has not yet been released. She is married with children.

Brent Scowcroft, and other names in the U.S. government were also mentioned in the sworn deposition.

Edmonds is hopeful that transcripts of her depositions will be released soon.
