Last week’s break-in at Senator Mary
Landrieu’s office in the New Orleans Federal Building was more than it seemed,
much more. All of the 4 arrested had been trained by the CIA and, possibly,
Israel. One arrested, Stan Dai, is listed as an Operations Officer of the
Department of Defense Irregular Warfare Program and a known expert and
lecturer on, not only surveillance but explosives training, assassinations and
“false flag operations.” If you wanted a plane to crash, an enemy to get sick
and die or a building to blow up, Dai would be the man to know how to make it
happen. Problem is, his skills were being used as part of a criminal conspiracy
inside the United States against members of our own government.

repealing the blanket antitrust exemption afforded to health insurance
companies by the
McCarran-Ferguson Act of 1945. Under this legislation, health insurers
will no longer be shielded from legal accountability for price fixing,
dividing up territories among themselves, sabotaging their competitors in
order to gain monopoly power, and other such anti-competitive practices.

appears that the latest fad in apocalyptic fear is upon us with the coming
of the year 2012 and the end of the Mayan calendar. Just like Y2K, and the
5/5/2000 planetary alignment, the powers that be are going to try to
get us all to wet our pants again and scream in fear like little children.
Our government, through the use of NASA, is already
whipping up fear of a solar flare breaking through our weakening magnetic
field, announcing a little over a year ago that our protective solar shield
also has a recently discovered hole in it, four times the size of the
earth.
Wow. That's huge.
If true, what then is saving us from all of that solar
radiation? Why haven't we seen the northern lights everywhere then? This is
pretty odd indeed.
Ask yourself this... if the government and NASA were truly
worried about 2012, why would they be involved in pointless wars of
aggression and imperialism when A) it could be all for naught, and B) we
could be using all of that money to enhance and strengthen infrastructure
needs to help us prepare for a natural disaster?
Many share
the belief that the Mayan calendar does not mark the end of all mankind, it
is merely the end of a solar age, merely a measurement of time, a
cycle if you will. Just like finding a calendar with December 31st as
the last day. It doesn't mean that will be the end of time and life as we
know it. It's just the end of that calendar period.
In light of the government's potentially
meaningless expensive wars, coupled with the outrageous expenditures of
bail-out money to the bankers, Wall Street and the numerous corporations,
how seriously worried is our government about 2012?
We can only hope and pray that this is indeed
another false doomsday scare that will once again pass without consequence.

will exploit this alleged coming event and make tons of money as they once
again try to scare the pants off the rest of us.

WASHINGTON, Dec 28 (IPS) - U.S. intelligence has concluded
that the document published recently by the Times of London, which purportedly
describes an Iranian plan to do experiments on what the newspaper described as a
"neutron initiator" for an atomic weapon, is a fabrication, according to a
former Central Intelligence Agency official.
Philip Giraldi, who was a CIA counterterrorism official from 1976 to 1992, told
IPS that intelligence
sources say that the United States had nothing to do with forging the document,
and that Israel is the primary suspect. The sources do not rule out a British
role in the fabrication, however.
The Times of London story published Dec. 14 did not identify
the source of the document. But it quoted "an Asian intelligence source" - a
term some news media have used for Israeli intelligence officials - as
confirming that his government believes Iran was working on a neutron initiator
as recently as 2007.
The story of the purported
Iranian document prompted a new round of expressions of U.S. and European
support for tougher sanctions against Iran and reminders of Israel's threats to

mindless trivia games that test our knowledge of pop culture.
There once was a time when the education of
science, mathematics and history were the keys to knowledge, real knowledge that
you could grow a society upon. Sadly enough though, that concept has now given
way to what I like to refer to as mental minutia. What was Jimmy Walker's
favorite catch phrase on Good Times? Who were the main pilots in Top Gun? How
many kids did the Brady's have and what were their names? Americans appear to
know more about inconsequential bullshit than we do about the inner workings of
our political system, or the convoluted mechanisms that drive our economy and
financial institutions. We have become disinterested in matters of the real
world, accepting instead a narrow view provided by the talking heads of our
overly glorified media. We have become complacent in our intellectual curiosity.
We have become dangerously gullible and overly trusting of our politicians, but
most threatening of all, we trust our media talking heads implicitly, with
little question for the real news that affects us all.
America has lost its way and we

Edmonds also has stated that Osama bin Laden was a US asset right up to
9/11. This statement alone casts a damning spotlight on the official
explanation that Osama bin Laden was responsible for the 9/11 attacks and
arguably lends credence to cries from numerous investigators that U.S.
insider involvement was responsible for the disaster.
Edmonds worked as a foreign language
translator for the FBI shortly after 9/11. She was hired to
listen to wiretaps in the counter-intel department and to
translate those tapes. She gave her sworn deposition inside the National
Whistle-blowers Center in Washington DC. The Obama DOJ was not present at
the deposition.
During her deposition, Edmonds has said that she also
answered questions on Dennis Hastert (R-IL), Dan Burton (R-IN), Stephen Solarz (D-NY),
and Dick Gephardt (D-MO), as well as questions on other high-ranking officials and
lobbyists. She apparently did not have good things to say about Hastert, now
a lobbyist for Turkey. She implicated Burton in espionage for the Turkish

illegal activities that Mr. Burton committed against U.S. interests.
According to Edmonds' attorney David Krikorian,
"From my opinion, if I'm some of the current members of
Congress, I'd be very very worried about the information that's going to

industry execs the divide is even greater -- 436 times more than the
average worker in 2008. In the past three years, the top five execs at
the twenty US financial firms receiving the most Bailout Bucks took home pay
packages worth a staggering $3.2 billion -- an average of $32 million each.

program, but said that the agency had opened an internal inquiry
in recent days into the history of the program and the decisions
made by a series of senior officials to withhold information

A new revelation in the scandal
surrounding AIG's decision to pay multi-million dollar bonuses to executives
-- a provision that would have restricted companies receiving federal
government bailout aid from paying bonuses was quietly stripped from a bill
last month.
The measure, introduced by Sen. Ron Wyden
(D-OR), was removed by negotiators in a late-night, close door meeting. In
the negotiations, senators agreed to limit executive compensation but
decided to forgo barring excessive bonuses -- in fact, they specifically
exempted it.

In what could turn out to be the greatest fraud in US history,
American authorities have started to investigate the alleged role of senior
military officers in the misuse of $125bn (£88bn) in a US -directed effort to
reconstruct Iraq after the fall of Saddam Hussein. The exact sum missing may
never be clear, but a report by the US Special Inspector General for Iraq
Reconstruction (SIGIR) suggests it may exceed $50bn, making it an even bigger
theft than Bernard Madoff's notorious Ponzi scheme.
