When FOX Attacks

It Looks Like Someone Must Be Getting Worried About 9/11 Truth

FOX News Goes After Jesse Ventura With Some Remarkable New Assertions Regarding 9/11
Op/Ed Claims WTC Leaseholder Silverstein Was Seeking Approval For Building 7 Controlled Demolition

FOX News has taken a big swipe at former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura, and in the process opened up a new can of worms for WTC leaseholder Larry Silverstein.

Jeffrey Scott Shapiro of FOX News has written a 9/11 hit piece called Shame On You Jesse Ventura. He opens his op/ed by claiming, "Jesse Ventura should be ashamed of himself and embarrassed. The former Minnesota governor recently lent his political credentials to the discredited 9/11 'Truther' movement by alleging that the Sept. 11 attacks were either planned or permitted by the United States government."

FOX recently had Ventura on its broadcast to discuss his new book, “American Conspiracies: Lies, Lies and More Lies the Government Tells Us,” whereupon he was told that he could talk about any conspiracy he wanted, except for 9/11. That in itself was a very telling position for FOX to take. Not surprising in the least, but still quite telling. The fact that FOX has seen fit to publish the op/ed is also telling for another reason, Ventura is making believers out of those who listen to him, and FOX doesn't like it. As Gandhi used to say, "First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win."

Apparently Ventura is starting to rattle someone.

The most startling comment of all from Shapiro had to do with World Trade Center leaseholder Larry Silverstein. He was the guy who stuck his foot in his mouth with his PBS revelation that he had WTC building 7 "pulled," a demolition term for a controlled detonation. Soon after, once all the questions started to fly his way, Silverstein quickly did an about-face and recanted the entire story faster than you can say "what an incriminating statement."

According to Shapiro, "Shortly before the building collapsed, several NYPD officers and Con-Edison workers told me that Larry Silverstein, the property developer of One World Financial Center was on the phone with his insurance carrier to see if they would authorize the controlled demolition of the building – since its foundation was already unstable and expected to fall."

This is quite interesting, given that Silverstein has worked very hard to distance himself from his earlier PBS admission.

What Mr. Shapiro does not seem to be able to grasp in that ludicrous allegation is that it is physically impossible to initiate a controlled demolition in such an extremely short amount of time. A controlled demolition requires an enormous amount of strategic planning to identify all load bearing points that need to be mined for a carefully coordinated, and precisely timed detonation.

It is physically impossible to stage a controlled demolition in that short of time. Period. Wiring a 47-story building, correctly, with tons of explosives in mere hours is not possible. To believe Shapiro's account, one has to believe in the absolute impossible happening that day.

You have to believe they were able to...

  • Find a demolition crew with explosives on hand.

  • Load literally tons of explosives quickly for transport.

  • Deliver the explosives, despite the New York traffic jams.

  • Unload the trucks of tons of explosives.

  • Move tons of explosives into WTC building 7.

  • Find all structural load bearing points and hastily wire and mine the entire building with explosive charges, regardless of fire.

Taking this into account, how then could the building have been wired and mined with such short notice and imploded at 5:20? How is that humanly possible?

How reasonable is it to believe that the building was mined that fast? Even if they started early in the day they could not have accomplished such a daunting task as described by Shapiro.

Absolutely unbelievable and without a doubt physically impossible.

Shapiro continues, "Many law enforcement personnel, firefighters and other journalists were aware of this possible option. There was no secret. There was no conspiracy."

"While I was talking with a fellow reporter and several NYPD officers, Building 7 suddenly collapsed, and before it hit the ground, not a single sound emanated from the tower area. There were no explosives; I would have heard them. In fact, I remember that in those few seconds, as the building sank to the ground that I was stunned by how quiet it was," said Shapiro.

First off, Shapiro could not have been present upon the WTC 7 collapse, or else he is a bald faced liar, because there are too many videos readily available which contain the sounds of tremendous explosions taking place, clearly proving his statement to be patently false. Secondly, as noted above, a controlled demolition was physically impossible in such a short amount of time.

What does seem to be apparent is that Governor Ventura is making converts with his new book, and that seems to be worrying someone enough to attack the messenger. Shapiro is most likely only the first wave of a new concerted effort to stifle 9/11 Truth. The FOX tsunami of disinformation is poised to follow,  crashing down in a desperate attempt to drown out the truth.

Fortunately for the former Navy Seal, Governor Ventura is an expert swimmer.
